Complaints procedure
It is important that patients and visitors to Doctors at Soap are satisfied. That is why we strive to treat, care and guide you as best as possible during your visit to our clinic. Our doctors and employees try to do their job as carefully as possible. Despite this commitment, it is possible that things may happen that you perceive as incorrect or unjustified. Are you dissatisfied? Let us know and we can find a solution together with you. There are various options for submitting your complaint.
Discuss the complaint with your attending physician
The fastest way to remove the cause of your complaint is of course to discuss it with your attending physician and/or his assistant. Together you then discuss how the problem can be solved.
Complaints Committee DOCTORS AT SOAP
If you do not wish to make use of a discussion with your attending physician or if you are not satisfied with the outcome of the discussion already held, you can submit your complaint in writing to the Complaints Committee of DOCTORS AT SOAP. This committee has been set up by the management to handle your complaint. The committee will make a decision on the merits of your complaint. The committee also has the option of advising the management on any measures to be taken. Assessment and handling of the complaint takes place within a maximum period of three months.
In order to properly handle your complaint, the following information must in any case be provided:
- Your name, initials and date of birth
- Your address, zip code and telephone number
- The name of the person against whom the complaint is made
- The date the incident occurred
- A description of the event that is as accurate as possible (you can mention the names of other people involved or witnesses)
- Place, date and your signature
If a complaint is not about yourself, you must clearly indicate this. You must then state the full details of this person and the relationship in which you stand with this person.

Complaints mediation via DOKh
DOCTORS AT SOAP is affiliated with DOKh complaints mediation. The DOKh complaints officer takes care of the complaint of your patient. This officer is independent. It is his or her task to help the patient formulate the complaint, give advice and assist in the process of handling the complaint.
Secrecy
All employees of Doctors at Soap and the members of the Complaints Committee are bound to secrecy. Data will only be made available to third parties if the person concerned has given written permission to do so.
